With the Gcalls Log utility, you can quickly check your call history right on the working interface of CRM, Helpdesk or POS. To be able to use this utility, please install the link here

Proceed to login call center name, email user and password similar to Call Box used to call:

After successful login, you can view your call activity on CRM, Helpdesk or POS using Gcalls Logs
